ADVANCE FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

In Advanced Functional Movement, we will go through an assessment and quetionaire to create a goal and we will stay in contact each week and keep a close watch on your daily nutrition and activity levels. Depending on recovery, nutrition and activity levels throughout the week, we will organize the other days of the week appropriately. This plan is the most advanced plan offered, and you will see results. (Proper transformations will occur over time rather many. This is not a one month to ABs program!)
