A Little About Me
HOW I TRAIN
Strength training is the base of any athletes foundation, so that’s where I start. I focus my training towards consistency, which keeps me moving efficient and allows constant growth. When younger, I injured my shoulder from not understanding Biomechanics of the body. Now with my in-depth knowledge of how the body functions I create workouts that facilitate growth.
MY FREE TIME
Gaining new experiences are the core of my life. Whether I’m traveling or meeting new people I love learning new things. Even the simple things in life make me a happy person. I enjoy all spending time with my wife and our pup. Even if we get some coffee and go on walks by the river.
MY FITNESS JOURNEY
I’ve been strength training for more than 13 years and I have found the best way to optimize strength through nonconventional training programming. I have tried many different ways of training from body weight workouts, high intensity workouts, to very heavy lifting. From all my of experiences. I have finally found what works, and how to help others achieve injury free real strength gains.
