If you want proper dieting, I have more than 10 years of experience in nutrition, physiology, exercise science, strength and conditioning, biology, and genetics nutritional research under my belt. I do not give magic diet pills, unnecessary cleanses, starvation strategies or quick weight loss plans that only work temporarily. 

Three Nutritional Sessions

This plan is three seperate Nutritional Sessions. We will determine how to adjust your current diet based on your eating habits. You will track for one week, then we will assess your current diet and adjust for optimum health.

Weight Loss/Gain Package

This is a monthly nutritional package designed to help you reach your goal. Fat loss or healthy weight gain, this is a great option. We will update your nutritional plan every week and you can choose to talk one-on-one or text on a weekly basis.

Advanced Nutrition Package

This monthly package is designed to develop an optimal nutrition profile based on your lifestyle. You will fill out a form we send you, which will help us determine where to start. We will update your nutritional plan up to two times a week and you can choose to talk one-on-one or text on a bi-weekly basis.

Genetic Nutritional Profiling

This is the most comprehensive Nutritional Profiling we offer. We will determine you diet and exercise based on your genetic profile. You will have unlimited access to text and daily calls if needed. Also, you will receive daily adjustment on diet/nutrition. This is the most advanced stage of nutritional consulting and requires dedication on your part.
