ADVANCE FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

This program is for the athlete or lifetime fitness enthusiast that wants to outperform the competition. Throughout the day we sit/stand, move, or perform activities that have the repeditive motion which deteriorates our functionality.  With the Advance Functional Movement Programming, we work on muscular imbalances and strengthen the weakened or non-activating muscle to create functional movements.
